The Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation is one of the hardest, and most highly acclaimed, designations to achieve. Sales associates who choose to undertake it are required to complete a ninety-hour curriculum that includes attending an intensive series of instruction covering a variety of subjects including contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction.
It looks as if Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers sales associates are more than up to the task as both Christopher Siegel of the Newnan office and Laurie Bos of the North Fulton office were recently honored after performing exceptionally well during their GRI courses.
Siegel achieved the highest examination score of 97% during Course Two and Bos achieved an incredible 99% during Course Three, scoring higher on the exam than any other sales associate taking the course. For achieving this honor, both sales associates are awarded the Mary Nelson Scholarships for Academic Achievement, which allows for a complimentary registration to a future GRI course.
